RIO'S Euro Nymph Leader is a uniquely designed tapered leader, and ideal for European nymphing techniques. The leader starts with 9' of a milky-white tapered nylon for visibility, which is then attached to 22" of RIO's 2X, two-tone Indicator Tippet material, for maximum visibility in all light conditions, and to make subtle strike detection easier. RIO's updated Euro Nymph line has been thoroughly vetted and approved by FIPS Mouche as Competition Legal. A system of special marks on the line has been endorsed and approved by FIPS Mouche, ensuring that competitive anglers do not have to waste valuable fishing time by having their line checked during competition hours.

The Euro Nymph line was designed by Steve Parrot to satisfy the need for a one fits all European style nymphing line that is competition legal. The line is built on a thin diameter, low stretch, supple core to maximize sensitivity and allow for lightning fast hook sets, while a highly visible tip helps anglers detect the slightest of strikes. This line is designed specifically for European style nymphing techniques, such as French, Czech, Polish and Spanish styles.

Rio Two Tone Indicator Tippet

Line Size: Pink/Orange 4X 

Opaque two tone 8" sections of fluorescent pink and fluorescent chartreuse, or black and white color changing tippet with highly defined hard color changes. These color breaks create maximum contrast to allow anglers to get visual cues when tight line nymphing. The best indicator material for building sighters for European Style Nymphing. Both colors are available in regular 30 yard spools, or in bulk guide spools of 100 yards, which saves packaging waste, and money for anglers who use a lot.
